Where are your scented candles made?
We manufacture all ULTRAMONOCHROM scented candles by hand in our studio in Berlin.
What ingredients do your scented candles contain?
Wax + wick: We use a rapeseed wax mixture from the EU and braided cotton wicks with a paper core, which are made in Germany.
Fragrances: We work with one of the most prestigious fragrance houses in the world to create bespoke fragrances found nowhere else. These oils are made from a combination of essential oils and synthetic oils, undergo rigorous commercial safety testing, are vegan, and contain no parabens or phthalates.
Glass: Our glass containers are 100% recyclable or reusable.
Packaging + Shipping Boxes: All of our boxes and paper pads can be recycled or reused. We always only use as much packaging material as necessary to protect our candles safely during transport.
How strong do the candles smell?
Our 70g large candles are ideal for smaller rooms such as. a guest bathroom - with our large 220g candles you can easily scent large rooms or corridors.
The fragrance intensity also varies from fragrance to fragrance. You will find an indication of its intensity in the detailed description of each fragrance.
How can I extend the burning time of my candle?
Trim the wick regularly! The wick should be shortened to a length of approx. 0.5 cm before each lighting. This also prevents your candle from sooting.
The burning time should be between 3-5 hours and the candle should always be placed on a heat-resistant surface during lighting so that the container does not heat up too much.

How do I place a bulk order (for a wedding or corporate gift)?
Our candles are very popular as gifts on special occasions. Please send your request with further information to info@ultramonochrom.com and we will get back to you with an offer as soon as possible.
What are your shipping methods and conditions?
We ship all orders over EUR 49 free of charge within Germany and between 1-2 working days. Within Berlin, you also have the choice of having your order delivered via labels so that you can receive your products on the same day. Information on the respective shipping options can be found at check out. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with all the information required to track the shipment.
Do you also design individual candles?
We have already developed and manufactured our own scented candles for various Concepts Stores. Due to the effort involved, however, this can only be achieved from a certain purchase quantity and not for individual candles. Please send us your individual request to info@ultramonochrom.com and we will get back to you with further information.
